ALCOHOL CONSUMPTION:
Management must be made aware if any alcohol is brought on site.  Alcohol may be consumed in designated areas only.  The office will designate areas for group consumption bearing in mind the comfort of the other guests.  No breakable containers are allowed outside any building for any reason.  Please use plastic cups to have a drink outside.

FIRE POLICY:
Sweet Charlotte is our fire bell and is located just outside the front doors of the Pavilion.
WHEN THIS BELL RINGS CONTINUOUSLY, IT IS THE FIRE ALARM.
Groups can also use the bell (a maximum of 2 rings please) to announce mealtimes, wake up calls, meeting times, etc.

FIREWOOD SUPPLY:  Woodpiles are situated outside the cabins for use with your indoor fireplace.
IMPORTANT:  We are located in a forest reserve; therefore, fires are allowed in the fire pits only. The office will gladly designate a pit for guest use.  There is an 11:00pm noise curfew for all guests both indoors and outdoors.  Please be considerate of other guests.

HOURS OF OPERATION:
The office is usually open from 8:00am - 4:30pm

PARKING:
To ease congestion of vehicles, we ask that you unload and load luggage near the cabin you will be occupying.  Once you're finished, please park your vehicle in the parking lot (see directional signs).

SECURITY:
You are responsible for your belongings in your room and on the Centre's grounds.

SMOKING:
Smoking is not permitted in any of the buildings.  Cigarette ash cans are located in designated areas.  Please use the cans for ALL cigarette butts and the garbage containers for empty cigarette packages.
